Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CyberShield Security website and services. Please read them carefully. Last updated: 2026.

By using this website or submitting a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. This document is provided for general information and is not legal advice.

1. The service

CyberShield Security provides threat intelligence, monitoring, an abuse-report intake, and takedown facilitation. The website lets visitors submit suspicious domains and URLs for analysis. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

  • Submit reports in good faith and only about domains or URLs you genuinely believe are malicious.
  • Do not submit false, misleading or malicious reports, or use the intake to harass or harm others.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Do not use the service in violation of any applicable law.

We may rate-limit, block or decline submissions that appear to breach these rules.

3. How submitted reports are handled

Reports are analyzed by our engine and reviewed by analysts. We act in good faith and verify before enforcement, but we do not guarantee that any particular domain will be taken down, nor any specific timeframe for action. Outcomes depend on third parties such as registrars and hosts. Information you submit may be shared with those parties, CERTs and law enforcement as needed to action a confirmed threat (see our Privacy Policy).

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberShield Security will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its content, branding and software are owned by CyberShield Security or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission, except as expressly allowed.

7. Third-party services

The service may reference or interoperate with third-party providers (such as registrars and hosts). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CyberShield Security harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

For users in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, these Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union, with the courts of Frankfurt am Main having jurisdiction. For users in the Americas, applicable United States law governs. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
